Aviation Heritage Park & Museum Announces 2026 STEM Day Camps for Regional Students
Bowling Green, KY – Aviation Heritage Park & Museum is excited to announce its 2026 lineup of hands-on STEM day camps, now open for enrollment for students in grades 3–6. Designed to spark curiosity and inspire the next
generation of innovators, the museum will offer six one-day camps throughout the year, each focused-on science, technology, engineering, and aviation-themed learning.
The camps combine interactive activities, teamwork, and real-world problem solving in a fun, age-appropriate environment. Topics include robotics, aviation, drones, rocketry, and engineering. Students get the chance to learn by doing while exploring future career paths in STEM fields.
During Spring Break, on April 6, AHP Museum is offering Robotics Camp OPTIMUS. During this action-packed day, campers will design, build, and program robots using Sphero, LEGO Spike Essential and Spike Prime systems. Through themed challenges, students creatively develop coding skills and critical thinking as they bring their robotic creations to life.
The other camps include: Rocket Camp ORION (June 1), Drone Camp RAVEN (June 8), Aviation Camp CHUCK (July 6), Robot Camp BUMBLE BEE (July 13), and Drone Camp SHADOW (July 20). All camps are for boys and girls from 3rd-6th grade. They will be held at Aviation Heritage Park Museum from 9 am – 3 pm. Participants are asked to bring a lunch and water bottle with them.
Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged. For camp dates, descriptions, and registration details, visitwww.aviationheritagepark.com/camp.
