Simulator Saturday is a hands-on flight simulator experience at Aviation Heritage Park & Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Open to ages 7 and up, participants climb into our Redbird flight simulator and learn the basics of flying with guidance from experienced volunteer military pilots.

Whether it’s your first time at the controls or you’ve always dreamed of becoming a pilot, Simulator Saturday offers an exciting, beginner-friendly introduction to aviation.

What to Expect

Each 15-minute session includes guided instruction in:

• Basic flight controls
• Takeoffs and landings
• Simple maneuvers
• Realistic cockpit experience
