The Red River Valley Fighter Pilots Association (known as the River Rats) will hold their 50th reunion in Bowling Green October 12-15. During that event they will reveal their new museum exhibit at Aviation Heritage Park Museum.

The new museum at Aviation Heritage Park is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 am – 2 pm. Currently there is no admission fee to tour the museum. The park is located at 1825 Three Springs Road, Bowling Green, KY. The park is free of charge and open 7am – 7 pm, 365 days/year.

AHP has named Bob Bubnis as the Executive Director of Aviation Heritage Park and Museum. Bubnis joins AHP after a 15-year career at the National Corvette Museum, most recently as the Curator of Collections and Exhibits Manager.

Can you help us Tuesday, August 1? Museum Moving Day is Tuesday, August 1 at 9 am when our museum furniture arrives. Could you help us? There will be 2- fifty foot containers. We will have a forklift to remove the items from the container.  We need able bodied volunteers to help move the display cases.
