Aviation Heritage Park was recently pre-sented with the Kentucky ACE award by the Kentucky Aviation Association (KAA) and the Kentucky Department of Transportation and Aviation. This award recognizes AHP for its commitment to aviation education, safety, and development within the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Representatives from AHP attended the KAA banquet at the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville to accept the award.
The Kentucky Aviation Association is a non-profit corporation that fosters and pro-motes aviation facilities, safety, industry, business, recreation, and aerospace education in Kentucky. KAA also pools and brings together the various interests and talents of individuals, bureaus, agencies, departments, professional people, and municipalities, for those purposes.
